1. Shipping

MAISON MONUMENTS ships orders within the United States and to select international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

Shipping availability, methods, rates, and estimated delivery dates are determined by the destination and the items in the order.

2. United States Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00 USD for orders below $200.00 USD.

Complimentary Standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $200.00 USD or more.

Express shipping is available for $16.00 USD where offered at checkout.

Shipping rates are shown before payment and may be subject to the eligibility and destination requirements displayed during checkout.

3. Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order review.

Estimated delivery dates or transit times may be displayed during checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and can change due to carrier delays, order volume, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of MAISON MONUMENTS.

Different items within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive separately.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations shown at checkout.

Available international shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and order contents.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Where duties or import taxes are collected during checkout, this will be indicated before payment. Where they are not collected during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for amounts assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Customs processing may affect delivery times.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact MAISON MONUMENTS as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

MAISON MONUMENTS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Multiple Shipments

Because MAISON MONUMENTS works with multiple fulfillment locations, an order containing more than one item may be divided into separate shipments.

Tracking information will be provided as individual shipments are fulfilled where tracking is available.
