1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with MAISON MONUMENTS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help through a structured return review.

2. Returns

Orders may be returned within 4 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. Items must be returned with original packaging and any included product materials.

Returns will be processed within 4 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. MAISON MONUMENTS does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Please do not ship items back without return approval. The return address and return instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

4. Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for standard returns:

• Discounted items
• Final-sale items
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items returned outside the approved return window

This does not limit any rights that may apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
